Do I need to join?

No. If you have a vehicle on our system, you’re already in.

How do I see my credit?

It’s on every invoice, and on your booking page when you book online (after the SMS code). Or ask us on 022 772 0500.

What earns credit?

Services, repairs, labour, parts, oils and diagnostics on invoices you pay in full. Discounted items earn on the price you paid. Tyres, batteries, insurance-paid work and counter sales don’t earn.

Does it expire?

Yes, 12 months after it was earned; the oldest credit is used first. Vouchers we send have their own date, usually 60 days.

I’m a pensioner. Do I get both?

Yes. You keep your pensioner discount and earn credit on what you pay after the discount.

Can I get cash for it?

No. Credit has no cash value and stays on your profile.

Terms and conditions.

1. The program. AAC Loyalty Rewards is run by Atlantic Auto Clinic, Langebaan (“we”). Every client with a profile on our system takes part automatically. No fee, no card.
2. Earning. When an invoice is paid in full, credit equal to the client’s tier percentage of the qualifying amount (incl. VAT) is added to the client’s profile. Tiers are worked out on the total paid to us in the 12 months before the invoice, as listed on aaclinic.co.za/rewards.
3. Qualifying amount. All invoice lines after any discount, except tyres, batteries, the loyalty credit line itself, and insurance excess lines. Invoices billed to an insurer, counter sales without a vehicle, our own vehicles, and staff and insurance company accounts don’t qualify. The part of an invoice paid with credit doesn’t earn credit.
4. Using credit. Credit can pay up to 50% of a later invoice (including VAT) for the same client. It shows on the invoice as “Loyalty credit”. The oldest credit is used first.
5. Expiry. Earned credit expires 12 months after the date it was earned. Vouchers expire on the date stated in the message that announces them.
6. No cash value. Credit can’t be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person or profile, and has no value outside Atlantic Auto Clinic.
7. Reversals. If a payment is reversed, cancelled or refunded, the credit it earned is removed. Credit used on a cancelled invoice is returned to the profile.
8. Other offers. Discounts and promotions (including the pensioner discount) still apply; credit is earned on the amount paid after them.
9. Messages. We may tell clients about their credit and vouchers by SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail. Clients can stop these at any time by replying STOP or telling us; their credit stays.
10. Changes. We may change tiers, percentages or these terms, or end the program, with 30 days’ notice on our website. Credit already earned stays valid until its expiry date.
11. Disputes. Our system record of credit is final, but we will always look into a query. Call 022 772 0500 or e-mail admin@aaclinic.co.za.
12. Privacy. We only use the details you have already given us to run the program, as described in our privacy notice (POPIA).
